I have been training Kung Fu for 35 years. As soon as I left school, I went to China to find the best teachers. I was very fortunate to study with a 5th Generation master of the 'Hap Ga' Style. The movements of the 'Tibetan White Crane' are not only beautiful to look at, but also very good for self defence. Kung Fu is great for fitness and health, and will improve your flexibility, strength and confidence. The exercises can be done solo- both empty handed and with weapons like stick, sword etc. I can also teach you a sparring progression to be able to use your kung fu realistically: we have trained several MMA champions at my school, but it is equally suitable for people who just want to learn to defend themselves and their families.
