Tai Chi

I have been studying Tai Chi for 35 years and have been very fortunate to learn from some of the best masters in China.  Tai Chi is a wonderful exercise- it derives from Chinese Martial Arts, but is today practised mostly as a way to keep the body strong and limber, and to develop a calm, tranquil mind. Tai Chi can be practised at any age, and has been proven to be useful for many health problems- including increasing bone density, reducing falls in the elderly, improving cognition and reducing stress etc. As a licensed acupuncturist (Graduated in 1994) and trainer of champions, plus being able to speak Chinese- I am able to teach the complete system, both medical and martial, and in a way that is suitable for the modern world. I am passionate about bringing the benefits of this ancient practise to people in the 21st Century.
