Applications of the 8 Posture Form

If you have already learned the foundation form, and are interested in how Tai Chi works in a martial arts context, then this course is for yo. The 'eight energies and five elements' are introduced,, and then each movement  is explained, with ideas of: Posture testing and categories of application. You do not need to actually practise fighting to benefit from this course- simply understanding the moves will give more 'intention' and meaning to your tai chi form, and help you understand the sequence better.
